Did you know babywearing can help you breastfeed?    A 2012 study in Italy found that mothers who were given a cloth baby carrier and asked to wear their babies for at least 1 hour per day for baby's first month were 1.8 times more likely to still be breastfeeding at 2 months and 2.9 times more likely to still be breastfeeding at 5 months. Mothers were also more likely to be exclusively breastfeeding at 2 and 5 months.

Whether you're a pregnant mom just beginning to explore baby carriers or a seasoned babywearer, there is lots of babywearing to explore at the Bump to Breast Fest.

At 9:30AM, Dara DaCuhna, president of Babywearing International of Phoenix will be leading a Prenatal and Babywearing Yoga Class open to all!  Dara is also chiropractor in the Valley and has written about babywearing ergonomics for Ergo Baby!

At 11:30AM, Laketa Kemp of TandemTrouble will demonstrate how she wears not just one, but two babies at a time!

In addition, Babywearing International of Phoenix will be joining us at the event along with some wonderful Volunteer Babywearing Educators and lots of carriers to try!

And if you're feeling lucky, enter our raffle to win a TULA baby carrier of your very own!
