NOTE: We no longer accept Meritain Health, a subsidiary of the Aetna Network.

    AHCCCS Plans:

AHCCCS does not currently cover lactation support services. However, we do have low-cost visits available for AHCCCS members. Please choose “AHCCCS/WIC Low Cost Visit” when scheduling.

    Blue Cross Blue Shield

We have one provider (Erica) in-network with BCBS, and we can bill them directly for your visits. Currently, we only offer in-office or virtual appointments for parents with BCBS.

    United Healthcare PPO:

We use The Lactation Network to bill your insurance. Most families are eligible for at least six visits. To qualify, please complete their intake form. Choose: “ I already have an IBCLC that I’d like to be paired with” and enter Arizona Breastfeeding Center. We should hear back on coverage by the next business day.
